1. Who handles your information
Tatiana Morris is responsible for the personal information described in this Notice when providing Life Architecture sessions and card readings.
2. Information collected
Depending on how you interact with the site, information may include your name, email address, booking details, payment status, service selected, the question or context you submit, communications, and materials required to provide or deliver a reading. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored on this website.
Basic technical information may also be processed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and security logs. Optional analytics or marketing tools will not be added without updating this Notice.
3. Why the information is used
Information is used to process purchases; schedule, prepare, provide, and deliver services; communicate about an order or session; maintain business and tax records; protect the site and clients; respond to legal obligations; and resolve disputes.
Information submitted for one service will not be added to a marketing list unless you separately choose to subscribe.
4. Service providers
Information may be processed by companies needed to operate the service, including the website host, any payment processor used to collect a payment, Cal.com and its selected video provider for live bookings, email providers, and file or record-storage providers.
Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms. Personal information is not sold.
5. Sensitive context
Please share only what is reasonably necessary for the work. Website forms are not appropriate places for medical records, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, passwords, or emergency disclosures.
Service communications are treated with care but are not protected by therapist-client, doctor-patient, or attorney-client privilege.
6. Retention and security
Order and payment records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, legal, and dispute purposes. Information you provide for a service, communications, any recording made with mutual agreement, and pictures of card spreads will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and manage the relationship, after which they may be deleted or anonymized.
Reasonable safeguards will be used, but no method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request correction, or request deletion when retention is not legally required. You may also withdraw optional consent for future use.
Requests can be made through the contact page. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
8. Age, international use, and changes
The services are intended for adults age 18 and older. Because services are offered online, information may be processed in the United States or in another country where a necessary service provider operates.
This Notice may be updated as the services or technical systems change. Material changes will be identified by a new revision date.
